Role - Digital Marketing Assistant - Part Time
Experience necessary.
•Previous experience in an administrative marketing role is desirable but not essential. Would suit a recently qualified graduate.

Qualifications necessary.
•Applicants will require GCSE’s with Grade C or above in Maths and English – or equivalent

2. Managing social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok

3. Graphic design, Excellent IT knowledge and proven customer engagement

4. Flexible with Own car and full clean driving licence to attend our venues and head office

Job Duties;

As a Digital Marketing Executive you will be an integral part of a small growing team and will gain a lot of experience across different areas of the business. Your role will involve liaising with staff and stakeholders by telephone, or in writing and assisting with developing Marketing Campaigns, with some HR duties.

Based in our Head Office in Ballyholme Bangor the Digital Marketing Executive will report to the Director.

•Supporting the team with the creation and implementation of innovative and engaging marketing campaigns. This includes brainstorming, research, supplier management and scheduling
•Advertising - Supporting and managing advertising campaigns and strategies, including: billboards, magazines, online and social media campaigns
•Design and Print - managing artwork, briefing designers, copywriting, proofing
•Email marketing - includes copywriting, creation of emails (via MailChimp) management of database, reporting, development.
•Website updates - ensuring that website has the relevant information and that latest news, menus, etc. are up to date via the Content Management System.
•Assisting in the development of the company’s social media strategy
•Assisting in co-ordination & administration of monthly instore promotions, new product listings and sampling campaigns
•Instore POS supply
•Internal communications e.g. Newsletter
•Answering telephone calls in an efficient, polite and timely manner and taking messages.
•Maintaining databases on Excel.
• Hand’s on support in the sites during key trading and obtaining media content from trading sites for use in the company’s social media.
